Safe, low profile 5 position lockout assembly. Fits standard ½” diameter cavitation rods. Made from 6061-T6 aluminum that can be easily polished or anodized to match your existing hardware. Each tab incorporates a built-in Teflon washer to avoid any metal to metal contact and a smooth operation. Four bolt aluminum safety collar is included. Approximate size is 3” x 3” x 3 5/16”. Secures to stringer using 2x 5/16” tapped holes.
